由中山高下三義交流道進入山城三義，穿過有著濃濃木香的木雕街，彎入蜿蜒起伏的苗130縣道，經過山腳下美麗的客家村落後，
忽見蒼翠林蔭夾道、蟲鳴鳥叫處處聞，好一個未被汙染的處女地。

車行不久在繞過路旁大石後即可迴轉入濃密芭蕉葉掩映下的小徑，忽見以竹材、茅草搭建的門戶，大紅燈籠高高掛，卻似早期的台灣農家；更宛若陶淵明筆下的的桃花村豁然映入眼前。

穿過掛著大燈籠的竹門即進入宛如一舊時落的卓也園區三義民宿
是的，這就是我們用心營造的卓也小屋，不是歐風、日風、巴里島風…，
是颱風，懷舊風、鄉村自然風….，為了重回孩提時代的夢，為了找回過往的感動，為了尋回台灣早期農家的恬適樸實，更為了深愛的大地、台灣的農業、農民大概這就是一個學農的農家子弟使命感吧。

溜滑梯房小孩玩到不想離開.房間大且舒服.會再二訪的好地方.園區內優美又好拍，晚上吃飽走出來逛逛燈光效果很不錯.放鬆的好地方。

入住感恩1本館房型 很大一間還有榻榻米臥床 每個空間都是分開的 泡澡的浴缸是往下裝的 白天可以看到外面的竹子林 房間整體來說 很舒適 晚餐是蔬食餐廳火鍋自助 熟食類意外的好吃 園區蠻大的 「不差的花園很好逛」 咖啡廳的 山嵐吐司跟椒鹽烤餅真的好吃 這次沒體驗藍染 下次可以再來

飯店位子不太好找，尤其是天色暗下來，完全看不到前方，訂的是雙床房，最後只給一張床，另一個人只能睡榻榻米，但榻榻米那邊只附很薄很薄的棉被，因暖氣吹出來的都是冷風、向櫃檯所要棉被，只回答有暖氣有毯子，最後因太冷只能到沙發去睡，且榻榻米黑蟻太多，無法安心睡，有待加強。其餘山景很優美，早餐好吃！

第一次入住卓也小屋，剛好預訂到距離餐廳及本館較遠的藏山館表準2人房，此館屬較早期的套房，但房內設備應有盡有，清潔度稱優，比想像中更好！ 自助早餐豐富，晚餐蔬食火鍋料理，食材新鮮，再製品少，吃得盡興。

The wifi is poor connection. Even my phone signal: chunghwa telecom also no connection when it’s inside room. I suggest the cleaner to pay more attention to clean the room properly esp we found 1 cockroach inside toilet n one big spider web near window. There are many spider web surrounding n leaves around hotel accommodation.

Personally I feel that it’s not a bad experience to come here. But I’m wouldn’t come twice. The room was up in the hill so to have breakfast, I have to walked down a hill and walked back up to my room. One more thing is that, when being shown the room, we asked whether we have to walk up to the room, the person did not initiate the buggy ride. It is only when we had our dinner and when we are trying to go back to our room, it is too dark to navigate the roads, then we went to seek for help. That’s when they offered the buggy ride. The room wise, it was okay, but I still got some itch here and there during the night. But the toilet is very clean which I am very particular about.
