This is applicable for passenger holding confirmed 'Smarter Shuttle' tickets.
How to book
Step 1 - Choose Smarter Shuttle fare
Step 2 - Confirm your booking and make payment
Step 3 - Present your e-ticket at the “Smarter Shuttle” counter and hop on your preferred flight anytime within the day
Terms and Conditions:
1) Same-day flight changes are defined as early and missed flight re-accommodation for the same origin and destination on the same day of travel
- Re-accommodation to an earlier or later flight must be requested at the airport and is subject to availability
- Difference in fare will not be charged or refunded for an earlier or missed flight
2) Flight changes to the date of a booked flight can be requested anytime up to twenty-four (24) hours before departure
- Changes will not be charged for any flight change but passengers must pay applicable fare difference
- Changes to the route (re-routing) are not allowed
- Passengers who have checked-in online will need to contact us to uncheck their flight before a change can be made
3) Shuttle Fares are refundable subject to an admin fee.
