Really a 5-star resort. Very good food standard and quality. Very good, friendly service. Cons: local knowledge about other facilities other than VinPearl related is quite limited. Location is too far from other water activities such as snorkeling or diving, therefore more suitable to family and elderly.

This place is so nice if you want to relax on the beach and easy transportation around the north part of the island. However, the food is so not very good at all and so overpriced. It was really annoying to have to go into town to eat better food at a much better price. Also, no way to get large amounts of water for free here. I asked the bar to fill my water bottle and they said no I had to pay 60,000 for one small water bottle if I wanted water.

Vinpearl was nice in the north part of the island. This means there is not much around compared to the south, but it meant the beach is very clean. The pool is massive and convenient. Breakfast was nice.

Stay was 5 star if kids centric
Its a nice spacious resort with a private beach and a very nice big pool for adults and kids. On point location for safari, theme park, casino, spa & gym. They are short staffed at the front desk and concierge and are painfully slow and non informative. Food and beverage service have a big scope of improvement in terms of quality and speed.
